Syaras is:

• An appointment scheduling platform

Syaras is not:

• A vehicle dealership
• A vehicle broker
• A financing company
• An insurer
• A vehicle seller

All vehicle transactions are conducted directly between consumers and participating dealerships.

To create an account you must:

• Be legally capable of entering contracts
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security

Customers agree to:

• Keep login information secure
• Provide accurate information
• Update information when necessary
• Notify Syaras of unauthorized account activity

Customers are responsible for activities occurring under their account.

Vehicle listings, dealer offers, incentives, pricing, inventory availability, financing terms, payment estimates, trade valuations, warranties, and promotions are provided by participating dealerships.

Syaras does not guarantee:

• Inventory availability
• Vehicle condition
• Pricing accuracy
• Incentive availability
• Dealer participation

Offers may change or expire.

Syaras may allow customers to receive multiple dealership offers through reverse-auction style processes.

Dealer participation does not guarantee:

• Lowest price
• Best financing
• Acceptance by any dealership

Customers remain responsible for evaluating all offers.

Customers may schedule appointments through Syaras.

Appointment reminders may be sent by:

• Email
• SMS
• In-platform notifications
• Future mobile notifications

Dealerships remain responsible for conducting appointments.

Syaras may use:

• QR verification
• Appointment verification
• GPS-based validation
• Arrival tracking

to support appointment tracking, marketplace reporting, dealer accountability, fraud prevention, and billing processes.

Users consent to verification activities by using the platform.

Syaras may create digital Deal Jackets that store appointment, offer, transaction, and dealership visit information.

Deal Jackets are informational tools and do not replace dealership paperwork, financing documents, contracts, disclosures, or legally required transaction documents.

Users agree to receive communications related to:

• Account activity
• Offers
• Appointments
• Notifications
• Verification events
• Platform updates

Users may manage certain notification preferences through account settings.

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Impersonate others
• Abuse dealership staff
• Manipulate offers
• Bypass platform controls
• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated scraping tools

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syaras shall not be liable for:

• Dealer actions
• Dealer pricing changes
• Inventory inaccuracies
• Appointment disputes
• Financing decisions
• Vehicle defects
• Transaction outcomes

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Syaras may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security risks
• Platform misuse

Syaras may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
